Privacy Notice

AccessField is an evaluation-stage service operated by Sound Vanguard Solutions LLC (“AccessField,” “we,” or “us”). This notice explains how we handle information submitted during the AccessField pilot.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, email address, project location, description of your question, and any photographs, drawings, specifications, or other files you choose to email to us.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate pilot applications, communicate with you, perform an agreed review, improve the service, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information.

Email and service providers

The application form prepares an email in your own email application; the webpage itself does not transmit or store the form entries. If you send the message, it will be handled by your email provider and our email service provider. Those providers may process message content under their own terms and privacy practices.

Project information

Only send information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, medical information, export-controlled material, security-sensitive facility information, or other highly confidential material. Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be secure.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers that support normal business operations, or when required by law. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the pilot, the requested service, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. Contact info@accessfieldconsulting.com.

Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
